Dear North Sydney Brothers Parents,
We hope everyone is enjoying a relaxing offseason. Registrations for the 2025 Rugby League season officially opened on Monday 2nd December, 2024.
Please visit our Registration page and follow the instructions to register your player for the 2025 season, it promises to be another brilliant year of junior rugby league in the North Sydney District.
North Sydney Brothers has enjoyed a tremendous resurgence in player participation in the last 5-10 years, in no large part to the “play for free” initiative which has allowed players and parents to get a taste of rugby league without a large financial commitment.
For the 2025 season, North Sydney Brothers will be charging a $100 registration fee for players in Under 9s and above (Under 6s, Under 7s and Under 8s will be free to play).
A number of factors have brought us to this decision:
1) Increased costs of running the club and association fees and insurance.
2) Strong demand to play rugby league across most age groups meant the club could not accomodate all interested players in 2024.
3) Whilst North Sydney Brothers is well funded, a registration fee helps our sustainability and long term viability. The registration fee is well below those of AFL, soccer and rugby union.
We hope 2025 will be another fantastic season, thanks for your understanding and as always if anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to anyone in the Brothers Committee.

Harry Maddalena celebrated 100 games with the Club on 3 August, 2024. It’s a wonderfull achievement given he is only in the Under 11s. Playing across a couple of age groups in his earlier years meant his road to 100 games was fast tracked!
Well done Harry! We are proud to have you play in the Brothers Blue & White!

Hello Brothers Parents, Players and Supporters, Happy 2023 and the build up to the footy season is beginning. Hopefully everyone has put down the cricket
Season 2022 was another season where we were thrown more hurdles and curve balls. We were coming off covid restrictions that ended the 2021 season prematurely, and then mother nature decided to play havoc with the weather. Rain, rain and more rain! Ovals closed, training cancelled, rounds postponed, all of this before many teams got to have a training session, let alone pass or kick a ball.
