REGISTRATION IS OPEN FROM 2ND DECEMBER 2024

North Sydney Brothers has enjoyed a tremendous resurgence in player participation in the last 5-10 years, in no large part to the “play for free” initiative which has allowed players and parents to get a taste of rugby league without a large financial commitment.

For the 2025 season, North Sydney Brothers will be charging $100 registration fee for players in Under 9s and above (Under 6s, Under 7s and Under 8s will continue to be free to play).

A number of factors have brought us to this decision:

1) Increased costs of running the club and association fees and insurance.

2) Strong demand to play rugby league across most age groups meant the club could not accomodate all interested players in 2024.

3) Whilst North Sydney Brothers is well funded, a registration fee helps our sustainability and long term viability. Note, the registration fee is still well below those of AFL, soccer and rugby union.
