Every child is different and develops at their own pace, but playing as a unit gives every kid an opportunity to benefit from the team, and thrive as players.<\/p><p><strong>What do you enjoy about coaching? <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>BR: <\/strong>I enjoy the progress the players make each week \u2013 the growth in their confidence and skills, and seeing the team work together.<\/p><div>At this age, huge improvements can take place over the course of a season, and there\u2019s a point when they start to realise it. It&#8217;s rewarding to see kids having fun and getting better. Enjoyment comes with improvement \u2013 no matter how experienced or talented they are. My goal is to ensure they\u2019re making that improvement.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>Why do you volunteer and support the NSBJRLC?<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>BR: <\/strong>My son is the main reason. When I played as a kid, my Dad was always involved as a manager or coach \u2013 so I\u2019ve always been keen to do the same. I get lots of enjoyment coaching him and his mates.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>I also enjoy being a part of the Brothers Community. We live in the area, it\u2019s a great club and everyone is really warm and welcoming.
